Culinary Arts

Ever since I was young, the kitchen has been an important part of my life. On the same note, food has always been important to my family. I have worked over the years to gain my experiences from my Mother, BOCES, and through my Culinary Arts Degree. I believe that food brings people together in a way that nothing else can. To me, it is as much about the people as it is the food. Below is an example of a menu that we made in the restaurant class.
